  • The development on technological innovations as a competitiveness factor differential.
  • The organization’s capability to offer not only components and systems, but also especially solutions for technological challenges.
  • The definition of an innovation process focused on the market’s immediate and future needs, as well as on the social responsibilities, such as:
  • Clean air - emissions reduction
  • Energy conservation - fuel savings
  • Noise control
  • Recycling and capacity on recycling – end of service life needs – elimination of potential threats to the environment by waste/trash substances.
