Quality management
Founded on a corporate Quality Policy, MAHLE Brasil operations strive to keep an effective quality management. The responsibilities and goals are clearly applied from planning of capable processes, through strict controls and skilled workforce to the performance of delivery of quality products.
MAHLE Brasil prioritizes its planning of quality management to identify, preventively, defects towards cost reduction and costs. Effective controls before, during and after productive processes, are developed to eliminate non-conformities which are monitored by performance indicators disclosed to all affected areas.
To ensure uniform quality standard throughout the entire organization, MAHLE Brasil, through a jointly initiative, has been developing a single system for evaluation and monitoring of its suppliers regarding quality systems, products, and processes. This work will result in the "Quality Manual for Suppliers" aimed at the dissemination of our Quality Policy and the integration of the suppliers’ management to motivate them to seek for conformity to ISO/TS 16949.
