Dance & citizenship

This Project idealized by the professor and choreographer Lúcia Teixeira consists of teaching classic ballet classes to needy children of a peripheral district of the city of Campinas.

MAHLE participates in this project by supplying resources for a dance school involving 200 children. The families also take part by confectioning garments and building scenarios.

This work surpasses the art frontiers, providing to this group the rescue of citizenship in addition to cultural development.
