2. Systematize HR annual planning.

3. Manage HR processes, tools and indicators.

4. Establish HR actions based on business and internal customers strategies.

5. Monitor Organizational Climate in order to propose improvement actions.

6. Keep the balance between MAHLE and People needs, also following the legal requirements.
